Before we can drive we are given a handbook to study and take multiple lessons with a professional by our side. When we start a new job we are required to complete training and given an employee handbook. But when we are entrusted with the most important responsibility of our lifetime, raising little humans, we are sent off all alone to figure it out; no training wheels or protective equipment. Where is that allusive “Parenting Handbook” we have all dreamt about? Parenting is HARD.
Trying to navigate raising children, in addition to the already challenging task of everyday adulting, can feel like walking into a house filled with disorganized unassembled IKEA furniture parts and told you have a limited time to put everything together, without instructions, all while the wellbeing of someone you love is dependent upon how perfectly you complete the job. Blindfolded. Although it is rewarding, it can drive the most perfect, patient, Instagram-ready person to the brink of insanity. But we can help!

The Behavior All-Stars will come into your home in person, by phone, or video call and give you an action plan to bring the order and calm you desire. We have taken the classes, received the years of training, and read the manuals so you don’t have to. Our behavioral experts can give you the science-backed tools you have been deprived, so you can truly enjoy raising your kids. We can help guide you back to the path of serenity by building your confidence in approaching common pitfalls such as:

How It Works
1. Try Outs: Schedule a free consultation with our Director to ensure our coaches are right for your team.
2. Player Analysis: The Director and a Coach will conduct a behavioral assessment to gather the necessary information to help you, then devise a plan.
3. Practice: A Coach will review the plan with you, model what to do and help you to practice.
4. Game-Time: You will implement the plan, with your Coach by your side, problem-solving together as needed.
5. Post-Game Reflection: You and your Coach will review how things went and create a plan moving forward based on your individual needs.
- Coaching sessions can last one to three hours, depending on the phase of service and intensity of need.
- Our Coaches will explain the science behind the interventions utilized so you can effectively generalize your new skills to other issues as the arise.
- Data will be collected (it’s science, remember) to monitor the effectiveness of the plan.
